URBAN TREE FARM +PARK

The project extends from Canal to East Houston street, in Manhattan's lower East Side. Each plane consists of three systems, urban tree harvesting, rain water collection, and recreation. Rainwater is collected in the canopy and stored in structured cisterns, and then distributed through an irrigation system to dispersed harvesting trees.  The tree farm forms and interacts with the rest of the park programs. The canopy not only works for collecting rainwater but also houses more recreational programs that could the spread around the city.
